Liz is a portrait artist based in the Manawatu Wairarapa Regions. She is a mother of
6 and grandmother to one beautiful little girl.
Liz has been photographing Weddings, families, newborns, births and businesses for the last 12
years. Each year brings new and creative ideas, giving families memories to cherish forever.
Liz offers a range of styles including natural outdoor portraits under the golden evening light, to the
more creative in studio shoots, such as intimate maternity portraits with a range of gowns to choose
from if you wish. Our newborn sessions are made up of a warm cozy room, nibbles, tea, coffee,
water and relaxing music where parents can come in and just enjoy the moment. Liz’s top priority is
working with each family to make their experience a unique one.

Liz has been photographing weddings for just over 10 years. There is nothing more exciting than
being a part of one of the most amazing days of your lives. We aim for Natural styled photos. Not
much posing-apart from a few with the Bridal Party but otherwise I prefer to capture natural
moments of what’s you and your surroundings. Creating unique and memorable portraits. There is
nothing more awkward than forced fake uncomfortable smiles. I utilize the time we have during hair
and make up to make the most of the finer details of your wedding day. From jewellery, bouquets,
shoes, not to mention we can’t forget the boys having a beer. Your final package will be unique to
you both. If you have any questions at all, please do give me a call. If weather is not on our side, we
will make a way to utilize whatever we have near to create some nice intimate portraits so please, if
we have rain on the radar… Trust your photographer! We love working in the rain.
Family sessions are super fun and really easy so there’s no excuses not to update your walls with
beautiful images. I do prefer using the outdoors, even better if you have a sentimental location i.e.
grandads farm, maybe some old barns or places you used to play when you were a child. We can
style these more around your family and bring those memories alive again. *A small travel fee may
apply outside of Palmerston North. If weather is not on our side, we can always set up studio and
create some nice intimate family portraits so there is no disappointment if you are unable to
reschedule.
Maternity sessions are totally worth it. After all, you are creating a little human, lets make this time
memorable and create something so beautiful for you to look back on for years to come. Maternity
sessions are super fun, relaxed, naturally posed with intimate backdrops to suit your style. There are
stunning maternity gowns for mums to wear and each shoot includes children and partners. I shoot
a range of indoors and outdoors with these sessions to give you a nice range of products at the end
of your session.
Newborn sessions are done in studio between 4-16days after birth. This way bubs is still sleepy and
flexible if you are wanting to use buckets or slings and we can capture a few more creative shots. All
newborns are photographed unclothed unless asked otherwise. Parents and siblings are encouraged
to join in on bubs session, however, it is recommended toddlers are bought along halfway through
the session if possible as it can be a long time for them to be sitting whilst bubs is being posed and
photographed.

first few moments you hear you baby cry… The expressions on Dad’s face when he sees his little
person enter, the tears rolling down grandma’s cheeks as she watches bubs stretch out his/her
arms… It’s those little things that us, as mums, often miss out on seeing… We’re so caught up with
emotion we tend to forget how it all took place… That is why I am here… To be able to share this day
with you and get all those precious moments for you to look back on, share tears, smiles and

Turning one is a huge milestone! For both baby and yourselves as parents! Congratulations, getting
through that first year can be challenging yet so rewarding. Let’s celebrate you all and the year it has
been with creating some wonderful memories for your family. Cake smash sessions are super fun
and easy so there’s no excuses not to update your walls with beautiful images. These sessions can
get very messy, so I like to finish them off with some fun bubble bath images to warm baby and
clean them up for their return home again. We can style these more around your family and can also
include your own props if you wish. We bring loads of fun with celebrating the first year of your little
one! Cakes can be ordered for additional costs.
Mini shoots are designed for the busy family only needing a short sweet session to update that fav
family portrait. These shoots can also be used for Christmas pressies, mothers/fathers day gifts etc.
These are 2 studio backdrops and 30minute session time. With the mini shoots package, you receive
5 digital images.
